Please read these terms carefully before using our hosting and cloud services
By accessing and using SHQPE's hosting, gaming, and cloud services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SHQPE, a company operating from Singapore. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
Your continued use of our services following any changes to these terms will constitute acceptance of such changes. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
SHQPE provides comprehensive hosting solutions, gaming infrastructure, and cloud services designed to meet the diverse needs of individuals and businesses. Our services include but are not limited to web hosting, dedicated servers, virtual private servers, cloud storage, content delivery networks, and specialized gaming server hosting.
We strive to maintain high service availability and performance standards. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, and improvements that may temporarily affect service availability.
As a user of SHQPE services, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
Payment for services is due in advance according to the billing cycle you have selected. We accept various payment methods including major cards, bank transfers, and digital payment platforms. All prices are listed in the currency specified at the time of purchase and are subject to applicable taxes.
Failure to pay invoices on time may result in service suspension or termination. We reserve the right to charge late fees for overdue accounts. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy, which varies depending on the type of service and circumstances of the request.
We take data protection seriously and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information and data stored on our systems. Our data centers in Singapore comply with international security standards and regulations.
While we maintain regular backups of our systems, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of your data. We strongly recommend implementing your own backup strategy to protect against data loss. Our liability for data loss is limited as outlined in the limitation of liability section.
We strive to maintain a high level of service availability for our hosting and cloud services. Our target uptime is 99.9% for most services, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. Service level agreements may vary depending on the specific service package you have selected.
In the event of service outages that fall below our guaranteed uptime, eligible customers may receive service credits as compensation. Service credits are calculated based on the duration of the outage and the terms of your specific service agreement.
All content, software, and materials provided by SHQPE, including but not limited to our website, control panels, proprietary software, and documentation, are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials solely in connection with our services.
You retain ownership of all content and data you upload to our services. However, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and transmit your content as necessary to provide our services. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe upon the rights of third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SHQPE's liability for any claims arising from or related to our services is limited to the amount you have paid for the specific service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
We provide our services "as is" and make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance, reliability, or availability of our services. You acknowledge that internet-based services may be subject to interruptions and that we cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with appropriate notice as specified in your service contract. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate services for violations of these terms, non-payment, or activities that pose a risk to our systems or other users.
Upon termination, you will have a limited time to retrieve your data before it is permanently deleted from our systems. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from account termination, and you are encouraged to maintain regular backups of your important data.
